Our Story

Dash Kitchen is a culinary gem that emerged in 2019 amidst the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a humble beginning as a cloud kitchen, we introduced our first concept, Mu's Noodles. Since then, we have grown exponentially, now operating five unique food concepts across three prime locations in Prague. Our dedication to excellence has led us to expand our services to catering and franchising, starting in 2023. We believe in the power of fresh and sustainable ingredients, crafting each dish with passion and simplicity.
